My husband would be ecstatic to get this!
My husband has had a very trying couple of months & has been such a trooper through it all. He had surgery to remove cancer in his leg last month. Just celebrated his 40th birthday on May 9th (which was pretty traumatic for him!) and now has to go back in on the 23rd for another surgery to remove more area. All though this, he remains a strong & supportive, fun loving father to our (almost) 3 yr old son. To top it off… we went to grill last weekend, had the chicken marinated, I ran to the store for corn on the cob & potatoes AND THEN, when he went to turn the grill on, there was mold everywhere! We live in Portland, OR, so we just got done with about 6 months of rain. He really deserves something like this to pick his spirits up! THis would be the best! Because my husband works 7 days a week, 12-14 hour days with no days off, no vacations, no complaining, comes home and helps with the kids, errands, whatever needs to be done, all so I can stay home and take care of our 3 bio children and foster daughter. He supports me fully, getting her siblings once a week and bringing them here so they can have time together and getting ready to get her newest sibling to bring to our home, permanently. He is an Army vet, with 22 years of dedicated service and when he does get to kick back and relax, he prefers to grill out and contribute to our family, by giving me the day off cooking. 😉 Thanks for the chance!
