Since I just shared my must have sports mom essentials, I thought it would be fitting to share with you the perfect game night meal. My family finds ourselves out late at either practices or games many nights of the week so I’m always looking for a quick and easy meal solution for dinner. It never fails, even if my husband and son have snacked earlier at the game, they’re hungry again by the time we arrive home. Making moms lives easier is just as important!
No matter what sport your kids are in they always seem to be hungry. Whether you’re feeding a crowd or your own family, it’s time to feed them authentic pizzeria style pizza we all know and love, our favorite Tony’s Pizza! Tony’s Pizza helps fuel youth sports with a slice of pride. We have a lot of pride and Tony’s Pizza has been serving it since 1960!
While I was shopping at Walmart the other day for our weekly groceries, I grabbed our favorite game night essentials, Tony’s® Pizzeria Style Supreme Pizza and Tony’s® Pizzeria Style MEAT-TRIO® Pizza. Although you can find them in many different varieties, these are our favorites. I love that the pizzeria recipes gives the Tony’s Pizza delicious taste we love while still being authentic.

Of course, I always like to add some sort of side dish with our pizza whether it’s breadsticks, salad or this delicious roasted corn salad. My family loves them all! Try my roasted corn salad recipe below because, let’s face it, nearly everyone already knows how to make breadsticks or a simple salad.
Roasted Corn Salad Recipe
This recipe can be cooked on the grill or stove top. I honestly never feel like starting the grill after we’ve gotten home from a game so I usually char my ingredients on the stove top.
Ingredients:
6 ears freshly shucked corn or use 2 cans of whole kernel sweet corn
1 green pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced OR grape/cherry tomatoes
1 red onion, diced
1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons olive oil
2 limes, juice only
¼ cup Feta cheese
kosher salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Since you’re already cooking your Tony’s pizza, the oven will already be at 400 F. This is perfect for roasting your veggies.
Prepare vegetables. Toss veggies in a bowl with the olive oil. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
After the oven has heated and you’ve placed your pizzas in, add the veggies to a shallow cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil coated with olive oil. I put the veggies in after the pizzas have cooked about 5 minutes so they are done at the same time.
Top with Feta cheese and lime juice. You can set aside for 30 minutes to let flavors blend or serve immediately.
