If you love bagels, vegetables, and cream cheese then you will absolutely love this Bagel Veggie Pizza recipe! These are so delicious! I make these a lot for lunch when I’m home by myself. They are super easy to make and you can add any type of veggies you love to it – whatever you have in the fridge when you make them. I like to add tomatoes to them too.

These Bagel Veggie Pizzas are super easy to make for a snack or fix them as an appetizer.
Ingredients
- 4 Plain Bagels
- Vegetables, chopped – Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Tomatoes (whatever you have)
- Cream Cheese – I used The Laughing Cow Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese Spread, but you could mix up your own
- Black Olives, sliced
Instructions
- Spread your cream cheese mixture on the inside of each bagel.
- Dress with your favorite vegetables.
- Enjoy!

You could probly use English muffins or pita bread for this too. This is a awesome quick recipe to whip up. Very simple to make and yummy!
