Upon entering Linda’s spa, her lovely daughter, Jess, greeted me at the front desk (they are an awesome team), and right away Linda and I discussed what type of eyelashes I desired and what overall style would look best for my eye shape. Unlike some eyelash extension studios, Linda really takes special time with each client, understanding that each experience and outcome will be unique.
I like to maintain an effortless natural look (when possible – haha). Mainly because I am lazy when it comes to makeup, but also because I am extremely busy and find even the smallest of tasks take more time than I can spare. The idea of having a full set of eyelashes long-term without the displeasures of mascara really makes my heart sing. Queue the choir…
Linda offered a selection of luxe silk, synthetic and 100% Siberian mink eyelash extensions. When I voiced my love for both she suggested we do a mix – silk and mink. Having had eyelash extensions in the past, I prefer a nice curl that really showcases the lashes from the front, so Linda added several hand-selected pieces to emphasize this.
The process was, of course, painless. Under eye patches were placed as per usual to aid in the eyelash placement process. My eyes are fairly sensitive, so we took a break for a few minutes during the application – simply to dry my eyes.
Once we were finished I was blown away. My new eyelashes were curled to perfection. They felt wispy, natural and most importantly, without a touch of makeup on, I felt beautiful.

#ProTips for your new eyelashes
Refrain from wetting your new lashes for at least 24 hours after they are applied. This means no showers, steam, sweaty workouts, and definitely no crying! Also, be sure to use an eyelash comb a few times per day in order to maintain your perfect look – when you wake, after a shower, before bedtime …and repeat!
Pricing
A full set of high quality lashes range from $200-$300 depending on what type of look you desire and which material you choose (Siberian mink or silk/synthetic), and will take anywhere from 90 minutes to 1 hour to apply. Don’t worry – you will get to know your lash expert and enjoy some sweet music in the process.
