Trick Or Treat Em with Milo’s Kitchen Dog Treats
Duke was ready to chow down on his new treats the moment he heard me place them into his food cupboard! He sniffed around the cabinet for a bit, and I finally gave in! I wanted him to wait until the #TrickOrTreatEm photo shoot to enjoy his little indulgence, but I am a softy for the little sighs that he makes – so there I went opening Milo’s Kitchen Steak Grillers I’d purchased at Kroger. He wagged his tail uncontrollably and pitter-pattered his paws back and forth on our cement floor as I held a treat up high and dropped it into his mouth. GULP! He was hooked. I dressed him up in his Dracula, Wizard, Witch costume (whatever it is, it is adorable) and we began our special Halloween photo shoot!
If your pet does not like wearing clothing, I suggest going to the fabric store and selecting your favorite Halloween print and then cutting it into a simple and chic handkerchief (cut a square and fold it in half diagonally). This will ensure that your dog is stylish, but still able to move and groove during the festivities. A bright orange color will alert drivers while walking your buddy – and keep both of you safe.
Duke wouldn’t sit still for much longer than a few seconds at a time because he was so curious as to how he would earn his next snack! He loved the Grilled Burger Bites just as much as the Steak Grillers and I am positive he would have planted his face into the bag for the remainder of the day if I had allowed. You can see him in the photos celebrating Halloween with his plush Frankenweenie buddies. They were not too lively, though. 😉
Afterward, my four-legged buddy and I went to http://krogertrickortreatem.com and answered a few lighthearted questions about Duke’s personality and Halloween interests! As a result, Duke was labeled ‘quite a trickster,’ which, I must say, is SPOT ON! We also uploaded a spooky photo of him from the photo shoot and were able to choose from 3 digital custom frame options – Halloween themed, of course.
Don’t forget that you also receive access to loads of dog treat savings at Kroger once you complete your dog’s personality quiz! Ka-ching!
Remember, your pet deserves to be treated too this Halloween, so be sure to include their favorites in your trick-or-treating shopping list. And remember, if you have children, be sure to remind them to keep their candy in a place that is not pet accessible as sweet, salty and chocolate treats can land your pet in the vet (yes, that rhymes). Stick with Milo’s Kitchen and ensure they receive the biggest treat of all this Halloween season – your love! Yum. 😉

This is adorable…but my dogs hate wearing any kind of clothing…even bandanas! but great post.
This is so cute – but when I take my son trick or treating – all he wants to do is pet the dogs — this would make it both more entertaining and more difficult to move him along. 🙂

I love seeing dogs dressed up and your are no exception. They are really cute.
My dogs hate costumes but tolerates it!
Thanks for the review. My daughter always dresses her little dog in Halloween costumes. We think it’s cute but Lilly hates it.
every yr i make the 3 girls outfits along with mine and we go as a theme, however, i told Evie last yr she did have to dress up anymore. anyway i am not sure she will make it another Halloween, she is very frail. i cry everyday. i love making their outfits and we always win something, we go to all of the local pet stores and enter the contests, some have free treats tables which the girls love.
