Honey Lemon’s Honeybee Cupcakes Recipe

Cupcakes

• 1 box lemon cake mix

Lemon Curd

• 1 tsp powdered gelatin
• 3/4 C lemon juice
• 3/4 C sugar, divided
• 3 large eggs
• 3 large egg yolks
• 1 T unsalted butter

Honey Lemon Frosting

• 3/4 C lemon curd
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 C heavy cream
