With the holidays behind us and our kids getting ready to go back to school, it can be hard to get back into a routine for moms. Lately, since I’m not currently working and tend to have my mornings open, I make sure my daughter gets off to work and most of the time just eat something leftover from the fridge (we always have so much left over lately, that it’s one of the only ways I can be sure it all gets used).
