I would love this.My back yard is so bad and hilly.Weeds everywhere.A broken down old pond was the only good thing, but died 2 years ago please ,I would love love this
We bought a duplex in February, and when the snow melted, we saw that the sellers had left the yard in terrible condition (not unlike the side they lived on!)… I’m talking an old metal oil drum that was rusted so badly that we had to remove it in multiple pieces… Dead wood and rotted lumber that we couldn’t even burn, let alone salvage… Gardens and just space covered in three pick-up truck loads of garbage!
They were very nice people, but we weren’t ever informed that we were buying so much of their “collection” – we finally have the houses mostly cleaned, repainted and repairs, but we haven’t been able to do much about the gardens that were used as junk yards or to reseed the grass in the yard, etc… We’ve cleaned the yard, but the years that it was neglected have led to several serious problems, and all we want is to put up the playscape and the sandbox I made! There are two toddlers, best friends, our three-going-on-four year old girl and our best friend/tenant’s about-to-be-three (on Friday!) year old son, and we just want to give them a fun place to play, but we need to do a LOT of work! Help, please!!!
THANKS!
