My son loves race cars and watching them on race day. He probably gets the love from his dad who used to race dirt track. They enjoy sharing the love for race cars and as a family we enjoy creating fun race car inspired crafts.
I hurt my back last year and with it comes a lot of aches and pains. For me to be able to enjoy race day and creating these crafts with our son I need something that is FAST ACTING. While I was shopping at Walmart I grabbed another 80-count box of the fast acting Advil Film-Coated rapid release formula. It goes to work in minutes and I use it for headaches, muscle aches, toothaches, menstrual cramps, and even my back pain. This Advil is formulated with a unique Advil Ion Core Technology and an ultra thin shell to absorb quickly – in fact nothing is proven to work faster*
I wanted to create a race car diy craft that would be fun but easy for anyone to recreate.
Kids Race Car Craft
Supplies:
- Pool noodles (large diameter)
- Knife
- Toy cars
- Tape
- Long wooden sticks or pipe cleaners
- Hill or something to create a slope
Instructions:
Cut the pool noodles down the center.
Create your start and finish line signs. You can use construction paper or whatever you have.
Place the pipe cleaners or sticks in each side at the top and bottom to secure your signs. Secure the signs with tape.
Tape or use toothpicks to secure the noodles together.
Find what you want to create the slope. You could do this indoors on chairs, outdoors on a hill or whatever else you may have to make one side of the pool noodle up higher than the other end. The higher the slope, the faster the cars will go. I set ours on the side of the sandbox so it could slope down into the yard.
Have fun creating your own race day for your kids! Let them get creative. They could even paint their cars and put their own numbers on them like Ty Dillon who drives the #95.
