not having the money to afford any equipment to help with my work out and not getting bored and I so need this,, WOW! loving this
The biggest thing that keeps me from exercising is that I get bored. I get in a rut doing the same thing and not only does it NOT yield results but I don’t want to do it as it’s booooring!

Maris De Mott says
It use to be time, but in have that now. Unfortunately I’ve really felt a lack of motivation to do anything. Not sure if it’s the winter weather since I can’t go outside for my daily 5 mike walk of just total boredom with the small amount of light equipment that I have. I really feel like something new would entice me to start up. Once I get going I know I generally don’t stop, but I’m no longer working 13 hours a day, so that will make it much easier to keep up.
My biggest obstacle is time. I have to run my son all over the place as well as myself and do things for my husband. Even when I have some free time, it doesn’t feel like it.
Fawn H says
My biggest obstacle is time and motivation. If I do find myself with a little time, I usually think of other things that I think need to be done first. I need to start putting myself first and the other things can wait.
I don’t have one, I workout at least three days a week from home. But this would be a great addition to what I already do. I don’t have room for any equipment/machines, and this would be perfect to pull out when I need it & stow it away when I’m done.
My biggest obstacle is no motivation at all.
My biggest obstacle is energy. I don’t sleep well and wake up tired. It’s hard to get the energy to work out when you wake up tired.
