Miss Jessie’s Pillow Soft Curls Review

In my August Birchbox I received Miss Jessie’s Pillow Soft Curls as one of my samples. As you may or may not know, I have naturally curly hair. I absolutely love my curly hair and I rarely, I mean very rarely do I wear it straight. It’s so easy to shower, style, and let it air dry. I love it. I do have a heck of a time with it in the summer. It is very humid where we live so that means I get to enjoy bushy hair a lot! I have tried so many different styling products on it. I do have a few mousses that are my go to brands. Right now I use either Herbal Essences Totally Twisted Curl Boosting Mousse or Garnier Fructis Style Curl Construct Mousse. I am always on the look out for something better. The worst thing about most products is that they can make your hair crunchy. I do not like it to be that way. I would much rather prefer it to be soft, bouncy curls.

I love when I receive new hair products in my monthly sample boxes, especially made for curly hair like mine. So, I was extra excited to try the Pillow Soft Curls. I washed my hair as usual, detangled, applied the product, and let my hair air dry. You can also use a diffuser tool on your blow dryer. I do that a lot in the winter time if I’m headed out. I absolutely LOVE it! It makes my hair feel so soft and my curls are extra bouncy. It has a “fabric softener” type styling lotion that I love! It keeps my curls light and smelling lovely. I highly suggest trying this product if you have curly hair. I love it!
