Keeping a tidy bathroom can be a challenge when you have little ones. There’s either toothpaste in the sink or hairs from my husband shaving. If you have boys then you know what other kinds of messes you’ll find in the bathroom. The madness never seems to end for me! Although it does get stressful, keeping a bathroom clean with kids (and a husband), being organized can bring a little sigh of relief.
One thing I always make sure is to have my bathroom stocked with a variety of items including toilet paper. While I was back to school shopping at Walmart the other day I was sure to grab the Quilted Northern® Ultra Soft & Strong® with Cleanstretch (9 Mega Rolls). I love that it offers the opportunity to keep our home fully stocked and organized at all times so that we’re always ready for sudden guests or last minute get-togethers.
Try these tips when organizing your bathroom and vanity. Getting rid of the clutter and being organized makes cleaning those messes much easier.
Remove clutter. Clutter in your home and make you unorganized and stressed. Get rid of any clutter before you start. Throw anything away that you don’t need like packaging and expired beauty products.
Add Storage. I love using baskets and other storage containers to stay organized. You can see in the image how we use the baskets to store extra towels, blow dryers and other items we might use often. You could also add open shelving to your bathroom to add cute containers for cotton swabs, q-tips and other small items.
Stocked Up. Stay stocked up on all the essentials. I always grab the Quilted Northern® Ultra Soft & Strong® with Cleanstretch mega pack when I’m at Walmart. The Mega is a 4X bigger roll (*than the Quilted Northern® regular rolls) so we’re not worried about refilling the roll! The mega roll toilet paper has become one of my best friends. Since no one else seems to understand how putting the toilet paper on the holder when they run out this means less time changing the roll for me!
Stay Organized. Staying organized is key to keeping a tidy bathroom and vanity. I try to do a quick go over on bathrooms every morning to make sure they stay tidy.
Bathroom Cleaning Checklist. To stay organized you need to keep any space tidy. Use our bathroom cleaning checklist so you don’t forget anything. You can download it here or click on the image below. We’ve left you space for lists of things you need for restocking or to use for additional items that need cleaned.
Remember, the best bathroom experiences are the ones you don’t remember. Quilted Northern® is designed so you can forget your bathroom experience.

I have a thing about buying to much toilet paper, I’m always afraid of running out. I over stock and don’t know where to put it baskets won’t work in my bathroom. Your bathroom looks so neat and organized.

I like to feel that I am well organized in my bathroom. I have a small bathroom, and do not have room for clutter. Toilet paper is stocked under the sink, at all times (I never want to run out! lol). I love your checklist of things to do, and have printed it out. Thanks!
Your check list is very good.. keeping your schedule for cleaning organized and also your supply inventory up to date.. Great tips
