Family Friendly 7 Seater SUV Kia Sorento
When I found out there would be several members of my family going to vacation in Orlando I knew we would need a family friendly 7 seater SUV. The Kia Sorento was the perfect crossover SUV for us while on vacation! It’s roomy, fuel-efficient and tech savvy! Roomy
With its 3rd row seating the 2015 Kia Sorento fits seven comfortably. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage I would suggest no more than five riding comfortably. We easily fit all of our luggage with the folding seating in the rear. It had plenty of arm and leg room for the five of us to sit comfortable. You can even split fold the 2nd and 3rd row seating which is very convenient especially if you have six you can put luggage in half of the seating area. We absolutely loved this feature and used it a lot.
Once we had unloaded our luggage my son enjoyed sitting in the 3rd row seating by himself. My son also loved that can plug in your gadget in the 3rd row seating area. It even has vents for you to cool off easily so you don’t have to wait for the air to come from the front of the vehicle. I can remember when we were little always whining in the backseats because we had to wait for the air to reach us in the backseat. No waiting anymore!
The Sorento also has a very neat Panoramic Sunroof that opens to the whole cabin and not just the first row. Be sure to check out our video below. We show you how this works!
Fuel-Efficient
We averaged around 22-24 mpg which is pretty good considering we get 18 mpg in our pickup. Of course, it’s not going to be as good as a sedan but it’s still good considering the size. If you need the room and have no need for a pickup, a Kia Sorento is definitely a more fuel-efficient option. We drove it for four days from our vacation home to Universal Studios to Disney World to the Beach to Kennedy Space Center and only had to put fuel in it once. It was great!
Tech Savvy
I love being able to plug and play my iphone, iPad or iPod in a vehicle. It’s amazing the technology advances vehicles are making these days. The Kia Sorento is no stranger to tech with their UVO eServices. We listened to our favorite tunes while driving down the road or you can easily take calls hands free. You can control your music using only your voice. Plus, it offers an amazing advanced navigation system using Google Maps™. We easily found every destination with the navigation system.
Safety
This family friendly 7 seater SUV offers an advanced airbag system and a huge list of other advanced safety features. I love being able to travel with my family and not have to worry about their safety.

my best friend just got one off these, & it’s a super fine vehicle.
I’m glad they like it. We really enjoyed being able to drive it. Super handy on a vacation with tons of luggage!
We have had this car for 2 years now and love it. It’s great for traveling as there is plenty of room for our luggage and then we need more seats we just put the third seat up.
