Lots of quiet time and NOT stressing about the kids schooling!!
I am trying to cook healthy and not snack too much
I’m exercising using all the great free workouts on YouTube.
I am gardening, spending time outside with my kids and exercising on my treadmill.
I’m doing better than people who are sick, out of work, or on the frontlines, so I’m not complaining. I hate the feeling of powerlessness in this situation since I’m not a healthcare worker or medical researcher who can develop a vaccine. Therefore, I’ve done what I can by volunteering to help the elderly in my apartment building, supporting small businesses, and volunteering to distribute (contactless, and at a safe distance) pet food through a program my local animal shelter has to assist people in need, and donating what I’d normally be spending on going out during this time to those in need. I know it’s not much, but I feel like I’m doing something in addition to staying home as much as possible and wearing a mask in public.
I’ve been making sure to exercise and read a little every day – something for the body and something for the mind.
I’m coping by watching movies, reading quite a bit, cooking, exercising, cleaning & entering sweepstakes!
I have been gardening everyday and cooking all the meals for the 4 of us. Its OK and a lot less worry after 2 months of not going out.
I have been learning to cook
Watching Tv, playing board games with my daughter, getting some exercise, trying to stay stress free. I’m definitely missing my niece and nephew though and my sister.
I am taking it day by day. I’ve also been spending more time sitting outside in the sun w/a good book and a glass of wine!
Trying to get outside when I can, reading, watching favorite shows and movies and things that make me smile, face timing with my sister everyday, Zoom book clubs, etc. Doing what I can!

I am coping by strengthening my faith. As an elderly single disabled female, it does get difficult day to day, but I’m hanging in and checking out Facebook.
I am exercising & trying to eat healthier!
I have been planting seeds and keeping seedlings alive until I can plant them in the ground here. It is good for my whole family. Every year it is usually just me that takes care of the seedlings but this year my husband and son are into it too. We have 2 little pop up greenhouses and snow here. So something challenging to keep us all occupied each day.
Trying to get in lots of walks when I can!
I’m sleeping alot….and snacking..lol
