Well, I never really cared about what glass to use for my cocktails, however I do know what a margherita glass looks like 🙂 I was just talking to my friend about having summer drinks by the pool that did not add so much calories and she told me about SkinnyGirl drinks by Bethany Frankel. This book sounds just as interesting 🙂
I love the idea behind this book. I am usually always dieting it seems but I always avoid alcohol because you hear the saying don’t drink your calories, but it would be nice to enjoy a cocktail once in awhile. I love that this book lets your know which drinks to avoid and how to make some cocktails. I learned that it has a calorie guide for popular beer and wine.
I learned that there ARE lower calorie options when going out with friends.
Would love to learn how to drink while dieting… need to lose the baby weight, but enjoy a drink too
I am interested in the comprehensive beer calorie guide!
i don’t drink enough to worry about it – a margarita or two per month, if that – but i learned that drinking while dieting can be ok if you choose the right drinks… just another way we have to limit ourselves in order to be sexy
Love to read!
I learned that the book has calorie counts and provides low-calorie recipes.
I think it’s great that it lets you know the calorie content of cocktails and beer. I’m wondering if it also includes carb/sugar counts? That’s so important to me, being diabetic. It sounds like a great book!
Well I certainly enjoys the occasional cocktail but also wants to maintain my diet and health. 🙂
