My son was so excited Best Buy sent us his first robot friend, Dash. Dash is an actual robot. He responds to your voice, dances, sings and even navigates objects. Dash is the robot every child dreams of having. It’s such a cool new tech toy at Best Buy.

We really enjoyed playing with Dash and using Wonder, Blockly and other apps to create new behaviors for him. My son was actually introduced to robotics for the first time in 4-H. He immediately had a love for all things robotics. Dash is a great introduction into the world of robotics for your child.

I was busy working and realized my son had downloaded the app and started using Dash on his own. It’s that easy! Your child can easily program and play with Dash with the click of a few buttons.

Dash can move pretty fast with a speed of about 3.3 ft/sec. My son had him moving boxes and racing around the floor. It’s a great way to keep your children engaged and enjoying Dash for years to come.
