Combat – Source Kill Max Ant Bait and Gel

Combat – Source Kill Max Ant Bait and Gel Review and Giveaway

Want to learn how to get rid of ants?

Ants, ants, ants… they drive me crazy! I went to fix some taco shells the other night for supper. I opened a new box and ants were covering the inside of the plastic wrap all over my shells. How do they get in to these places? I think I get rid of them and then I find a line of them going in my cabinets, around my sink, or anywhere else they find something sweet or greasy. How do you control the ants in and around your home? We have a pest company come every month and spray the inside and outside of our home. I wish these ants would at least stay outside!

Combat sent us their Combat Source Kill Max Ant Bait and Ant Gel. The Ant Gel is used to effectively control ants. The gel comes in a syringe that you place near ant trails, next to ant nests, or any areas you might suspect the little pests are active. You can use it for indoor and outdoor control of ants. The Ant Bait is a bait station. You set these stations in different areas in your home. I set the ant baits in various parts of my kitchen counter top and cabinets where I knew the ants had been. The ants enter the bait station, eat the bait, and then take it back to their colony. They think they’ve found a tasty treat to share with their friends… hahaha Tasty indeed!

It has been several weeks now since I have site out the bait stations and used the gel in various places. I have not seen any ants in these areas at all. I do keep anything sweet sealed tight in containers and constantly wipe my counter tops down. I am sure that helps as well. The product package says that you should replace the bait stations every 3 months. So far, so good. Another great thing is that the ant baits are child-resistant which is especially helpful when you have small children in the home.

This product gets an A+ from us! No more ants!
