Chocolate Peanut Butter Oreo Bat Bites
Prep Time: 1 minute| Cook Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 6 minutes
Ingredients:
- Miniature Reese’s Cups
- Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
- Chocolate Frosting (store-bought or homemade)
- Edible Candy Eyes
Directions:
Remove the Reese’s cups from the wrappers.
Twist the sandwich cookies in half, and separate. Scrape off the frosting (discard, use for other recipes, or eat it plain!). Using a knife, cut each side of the sandwich cookie in half and shape into two bat wings (or you could simply break in half).
Fill a plastic bag with the chocolate frosting. Cut off the tip of the bag pipe frosting onto the back corners of the broken cookie pieces.
Press one cookie piece on the left of the Reese’s cup and another cookie piece on the right of the Reese’s cup – letting the two sides meet in the middle.
Pipe frosting on the back of the edible eyes and secure on top of the cookie “wings” in the center of the Reese’s cup.

Wow! These look like the bats that The Count would have on “Sesame Street”! I love Oreos the best when you get them in that little box. But, I also love plain, Double Stuf, dunked in milk, in ice cream, fudge covered at Christmas, and the minis! I still need to try the new thin version though.
What a cool idea! I’m weird and love dipping my cookies in orange juice lol there’s just something about that tanginess and chocolate that I love!
I absolutely love peanut butter cups! I can’t wait to make these! I love to make white chocolate covered cream cheese Oreo balls!
OHH, I LOVE IT. I LOVE REESSES. I LOVE IT SO MUCH THAT I GOT PREGNANT AFTER 20 YEARS I HAD MY DAUGHTER AND WITH TUBE LIGATION. I GOT PREGNANT BEFORE MY HUSBAND WENT TO IRAQ. WE DIDN’T KNOW; BUT I KNOW SOMETHING WAS HAPPENING TWITH ME BECAUSE I WANTED TO EAT REESSES AND I NEVER LIKED TO EAT CANDY. JUST ONE OR TWO; BUT WITH THE REESSES I DIDN’T CARE WHAT TIME WAS I MADE MY CHILDREN GO TO THE STORE FOR REESSES. THEN, I STARTED TO THINK THAT MAYBE I WAS PREGNANT; BUT THINKING THAT I HAD TUBE LIGATION. WELL, I HAD THE TEST….POSITIVE. I WAS VERY HAPPY BECAUSE MY HUSBAND IS MY SECOND AND HE DOESN’T HAVE CHILDREN, EXCEPT MINE BECAUSE HE ALWAYS TOOK, TAKE AND WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM AND HE IS THE ONE MY CHILDREN RECOGNIZE AS FATHER. DON’T THINK I TAUGHT MY CHILDREN THAT. THEIR FATHER TRIED TO KILL ME ONCE AND OUR SON 3 TIMES. I DIVORCED HIM WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS 11TH MONTHS. THEY MAINTAIN COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR REAL FATHER AND HIS FAMILY. I WAS EATING JUST REESSES AND I HAD IN MY WOMB, TWINS. I LOST TWINS BEFORE MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY BLOOD. I SENT PICTURES TO MY HUSBAND AND MY PARENTS IN LAW WERE HAPPY BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T HAVE GRANDCHILDREN. AFTER 3 MONTHS I LOST THEM. I WAS SO SAD. MY HUSBAND DON’T BECAUSE HE WASN’T HERE AND HE WAS IN TO MUCH PRESSURE IN IRAQ BECAUSE HE HAD TO BE ON THE STREETS OF IRAQ FROM NORTH TO SOUTH, EAST TO WEST AND THE IRAQIS WERE USING CHILDREN AND WOMEN AS BOMBS AND HE HAD A GROUP HE NEEDED TO TAKE CARE OF THEM. I ONLY HAVE TWO PICTURES REMEMBERING THOSE DAYS AND ALWAYS EATING ONE OR TWO REESSES. BY THE WAY I BOUGHT 2 BOXES OF OREOS WITH REESSES, LIMITED EDITION AND I HAVE REGULAR OREOS AND REESSES CUP AND I CAN TELL MY DAUGHTER DO THAT….; BUT I THINK I AM THE ONE WHOSE GOING TO EAT MORE. DON’T THINK I’M SENDING MY DAUGHTER TO DO SOMETHING I CAN DO. WELL, I WENT TO THE PERSIAN GULF WAR AND CAME WITH WHAT IS CALLED THE GULF WAR SYNDROMES AND I’M MOST OF THE TIME IN BED. THAT IS ONE MORE REASON THOSE BABIES WERE VERY SPECIAL FOR US.

These are clever and delicious! I don’t know many kids who don’t like peanut butter or Oreo cookies! So this recipe is a winner in my book and one I was happy to pin!!
What a cute idea! I bet the crunch from the oreo with the smooth creaminess of the Reese’s tastes great together.
