I would have to say two years ago my mom got sick she was very week at Thanksgiving I did all the cooking for our family. She wanted to help so bad so I gave her some carrots to peel at the table so she felt like she was helping. Well that was my mom’s last Thanksgiving she passed away Dec 16th. So Thanksgiving I will always see her at the table peeling carrots.
