Bear Naked creates All Natural Whole Grain Granola and Trail Mix, All Natural Low Sugar Cereal, All Natural Oatmeal and 100% Organic Hot Cereal. My breakfast cereal of choice has been Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-Wheats Cereal
This crunchy cereal contains whole hard red wheat, long grain white rice, evaporated cane juice crystals, oats, almonds, brown rice syrup, honey, sea salt, pecans, crisp rice ( rice flour, sugar, malt extract, salt), barley malt syrup, puffed wheat, natural flavor, ground almonds and mixed tocopherols for freshness. It contains five grams of protein and nineteen grams of whole grains.
I gave it a try for my morning breakfast today. I added just enough milk to let it soak into the clusters. I don’t much care for milk but I do add it to cereal to make it soggy. I immediately loved the delicious nutty almonds and crunchy flake clusters. It says the whole grains are to give you long-lasting energy and I’ve definitely been full of energy today. I’m not sure if it’s because we had to get some cattle in this morning in twenty degree weather or the delicious cereal but I had tons of energy. I definitely suggest trying a box for yourself!

I just tried this the other day and it is awesome. It has a great nutty taste and is crunchy. I hate soggy cereal.

There is nothing more good about having a bowl of this cereal and a cup of tea in tea in the morning. I know it’s weird but it is really good and healthy too!

Bear Naked cereal is to die for, it has a permanent place in my cabinet, but my supply always needs replenishing.
