After going to see the action packed Nuclear Cowboyz show at the Sprint Center we knew we had to attend Arenacross! When it comes to anything dirt bike related it’s definitely a must see for our son. Arenacross is the premier indoor, off-road motorcycle racing championship. It’s full of speed, air, and danger! At the Sprint Center in Kansas City you get close-to-the-action no matter where you’re setting. There’s a new competition for 2013 with a pair of high-octane 12-lap Main Events during each night of racing on the highly-technical, air-inducing tracks of Arenacross. You’ll get to witness reigning champion Tyler Bowers sets his sights on a third consecutive title. Don’t count out his highly-talented field of challengers, led by veteran Jeff Gibson.
Fans also get a chance to meet the riders and feel the dirt at the Track Party. You’ll get up close and personal with interactive Arenacross experiences! Beginning in 2013, AMSOIL Arenacross will be known as the Road to Supercross, which is sponsored by the most successful rider of all-time, Ricky Carmichael. This program will serve as the official feeder system of Monster Energy Supercross, in which the brightest up-and-coming riders in the sport must hone their talents in the competitive landscape of AMSOIL Arenacross in order to earn their license to compete in Monster Energy Supercross.
Riders will reach nearly 30 feet in height and cover over 50 feet in distance when they cross the finish line, affectionately known as the “Catapult,” the largest jump on the track. That is enough height and distance to jump over six school buses side-by-side.
Amateur Day competitions, hosted every Sunday during a race weekend, will host 500 or more riders of all disciplines, ages, and genders.

Arenacross Kansas City Sprint Center Ticket Giveaway
We’re giving away a family 4 pack of tickets to the AMSOIL Arenacross Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 7:00pm at the Sprint Center in Kansas City. Please only enter if you are able to attend if you are the lucky winner. Giveaway ends February 22, 2013 at 2:59 pm EST. A winner will be chosen shortly after and absolutely must respond by February 24. Giveaway is open to anyone who can attend in the US at the performance stated above, ages 18 and older.
Winners will need to pick up tickets at the will call booth the day of the show. I normally get there 30 minutes prior to make sure I have plenty of time to pick up my tickets and get to my seat before the show starts. The tickets will be in the winner’s name. Winner will need to show their photo id. Good luck!
