I love carrots whether it’s eating them raw, cooked or blending them into a delicious, healthy smoothie. Carrots are a fantastic source of antioxidants. Try this carrot pineapple smoothie for fiber content, beta-carotene and other benefits. The pineapple, banana and orange juice make this delicious and good for you too! I love having these of a morning to start to day off right!
Carrot Pineapple Smoothie
Yields: 4 Servings | Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped pineapple
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 banana
- Ice to taste
Directions:
Place all chopped pineapple, chopped carrots, orange juice, banana and ice in a blender and puree until smooth. Add additional ice until smoothie reaches desired consistency. I like mine a little on the thick side but you can adjust by adding more ice if you like yours thicker.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. I would suggest making an amount you are going to consume at that time. This does night save well refrigerated. The ice well melt and you’ll have a very runny consistency but I’m sure it’s fine if you like it runny!

I would have to try this one out to see if I would like it. The carrots in there I don’t know if I would like it. Thank you for sharing.
I love carrots & use them in a lot of different things, from stews to salads to carrot juice. Pinned this recipe so I can make it for a breakfast smoothie. I’m one of those that have to make myself eat breakfast, so this would be a lovely go-to. Thanks for sharing!
This smoothie sounds healthy and delicious! I would definitely make this, yum! Thank you so much for sharing the recipe! 🙂
It looks good. I’ll leave the banana out and replace it with another fruit if it doesn’t taste good enough without it.
