As a baseball mom there’s a lot of essentials we have to bring to baseball games, practices and tryouts besides the baseball player and equipment. With baseball season upon us I have been stocking up on all of these essentials so we are prepared as a family. Our son plays little league, travel USSSA baseball and plays on a city league so we are very busy and making sure we have everything we need is the last thing I need to worry about.
I have always been a huge lover of Nestlé® Pure Life® Water and while I was at Sam’s Club the other I found the most wonderful thing, a Nestlé Pure Life Water – 40 pack.
As I skipped pushing my cart to the water I felt like I could hear angels singing above me. It was pure bliss!
While I was at Sam’s Club and out shopping I decided stocking up on the essentials for baseball season was a great idea.
Here’s my top picks for all you baseball moms out there:
Water. I stocked up on a bunch of the Nestlé Pure Life Water 40 packs. I knew we’d use it for baseball and at home. Keeping our kids and ourselves hydrated is so important. I love knowing I’m receiving a great value by getting those five more bottles for the same price as the 35 pack! The 40 packs are also great for using in our concession stands at sporting events.
Available in select Sam’s Club stores, ask your Club Manager about getting Nestlé Pure Life Water in your store if it’s unavailable.
I love Nestlé Pure Life because they are committed to delivering pure, great-tasting water to our families. Every drop in every bottle of Nestlé Pure Life is filtered through a 12-step quality process. To ensure great taste, they enhance their water with a unique blend of minerals. Drinking water is part of our healthy lifestyle and how we stay hydrated as a family.
Collapsible Folding Utility Wagon. These wagons are perfect for hauling everything to the game from your vehicle especially those big 40 packs of Nestlé Pure Life Water.
Cooler. I always stock a cooler full of Nestlé Pure Life Water so we are prepared for those long tournament days. Plus, you can save money instead of buying everything at the concession stand.
Snacks. It’s always a great idea to have snacks on hand. Besides for yourself, it’s great to have fruit or something nutritious and easy for your ball players to eat between games.
First Aid Kit. You never know when your kid or another kid will get hurt. It’s always best to be prepared. At the very least be sure you carry bandages, antibiotic ointment, pain reliever, and alcohol wipes.
Sunscreen. This is a must for your kids and yourself. Be sure you carry this to every game.
Blanket. Every season there’s always those late games that get rather chilly. I always have a few blankets and a sweatshirt or jacket on hand.
Lawn chair. Don’t forget your chairs! My behind always aches after sitting on bleachers for long periods of time. We always like to bring in our own chairs to sit in to enjoy the games.
Umbrella. It never fails to rain at a few games every year. Be sure you’re prepared with an umbrella. You can also get large ones to block the sun so you aren’t burning up while you’re watching your kids play.
Plastic Bags. These come in handy for a variety of uses. Whether it’s for trash or a bag of ice for a bruise, you’ll find yourself glad you brought them.
Although we’re still in the practice phase of baseball, I can’t wait to watch my son in his games this season. He’s put in a lot of hard work with a pitching coach for the past three years. He should be a lot of fun to watch!

It’s been years since we had a young one playing ball, but we always made sure to stock up on water, snacks, & first aid items. Another essential is to pack a roll of toilet paper, just in case the onsite restrooms don’t have any.
