Growing up I had the greatest school nurse.
I don’t remember her name, but she took every complaint seriously!
She would hold vinegar soaked cotton balls on our bloody noses, clean and bandage our wounds and soothe us while we waited to be picked up when we got sick during school.
My stepkids school nurse says to them “You’re okay, get back to class” while they stand in front of her puking in a trash can, so she’s not nominated!
