I remember watching the Peter Pan movie when I was little. As kids it lets us learn how to dream and believe that magic can really be a part of our lives if we allow it. Of course, I immediately fell in love with Tinker Bell. At that moment pixie dust became a part of my life forever. I was very excited to learn the National Theatre is putting on a live production of Peter Pan and I’m giving away tickets to a lucky winner!
All children, except one, grow up… Captured live at the National Theatre, the acclaimed London stage production of JM Barrie’s much-loved tale will be broadcast to cinemas nationwide. When Peter Pan, leader of the Lost Boys, loses his shadow, headstrong Wendy helps him to reattach it. In return, she is invited to Neverland, where Tinker Bell the fairy, Tiger Lily and the vengeful Captain Hook await. A riot of magic, music and make-believe ensues. A delight for children and adults alike, Sally Cookson (NT Live: Jane Eyre) directs this wondrously inventive production, a co-production with Bristol Old Vic theatre.
