Homemade Crock Pot Beef Stew

My husband had been wanting me to make beef stew for a while and specifically said, “don’t be making any of those internet recipe beef stews.” Yes, I’ve tried several recipes off the internet and Pinterest. Many are good but there’s always the ones that say – Best Recipe Ever – well, best it definitely is not! Has anyone else had this happen? I’m sure I’m not the only one. So, my husband said I just had to get his Mom’s beef stew recipe and that I did! Now I’m sharing it with all of you. It is delicious! She suggested cooking the meat in a pressure cooker but I don’t have one so I made this in the crock pot. (more…)
