The Rigoni di Asigo family sent me the most wonderful package of products a few weeks ago. I was so excited because I love any kind of fruit spread or honey. Trying delicious spreads from the mountains of Italy sounding so intriguing.
Honey… oh my gosh, it is my weakness. Well, other than cheese! They sent me a few of their Fiordifrutta Organic Fruit Spreads, Mielbio Organic Italian Honey and Dolcedi’ Natural Low-Glycemic Sweetener From Organic Apples. Talk about de-li-cious!
I love honey and the fresher the better. I add it to so many things from my drinks to baking. If you’ve ever had fresh raw and creamy honey you’ll know why I love it so much. The Mielbio Organic Italian Honey by Rigoni di Asiago is collected from selected Italian beehives. The raw honey is rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes and organic acids as well as natural antibacterial and antibiotic properties. The Mielbio Organic Italian Wildflower Raw & Creamy Honey we taste tested is perfect as a breakfast spread on bread or toast. You can also use it as a sweetener for yogurt. I love to add it to my hot tea.
Looking for an alternative to table sugar or honey? Try the Dolcedi’ Natural Low-Glycemic Sweetener from Organic Apples by Rigoni di Asiago. The neutral flavor enhances the taste of food and drinks without altering them. Enjoy this sweetner on pancakes, yogurt, fruit salad or in your baking. It has 25% fewer calories than table sugar but with a higher sweetening power. Just add ½ tsp to every 1 tsp of granulated sugar needed. It is certified USDA organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan, and STAR-KOSHER.
Rigoni di Asiago Jams and Spreads
They offer the most scrumptious variety of jams and spreads. I love trying these on fruit, biscuits and a variety of breads. I got to try the Fiordifutta Organic Fruit Spread in wild blueberry and raspberry. My son loves to enjoy it on his morning toast or biscuits. It is perfect paired with your favorite buttery spread.
