When I think of family time it’s always doing something we enjoy outside even if it is working on the farm. We love to be outside whether it’s bottle feeding a baby calf, gathering eggs from our chickens or riding a horse. It’s what we love and the moments we cherish the most. Here is a recent photo of my son bottling feeding one of our baby calves that we didn’t think was going to make it but he’s going strong now. I love how we can work together while teaching our son valuable skills on the farm. It takes a lot of work but my son loves it and the end result is a hard working farm boy that will have stories to share for years to come. (more…)
