When my Nutrisystem food arrived I was surprised to find that a lot of it is stored in your cabinets and not in the freezer. Luckily I have a lot of cabinet space and a deep freezer that I was able to organize it by breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and dessert so I can easily grab what I need. I’ve completed one week on the Nutrisystem weight loss plan and I have to say that I feel better and have already lost a few pounds! In the video below I show you how I’ve stored the foods I’ve received.
I have made some short videos of the various Nutrisystem foods I have eaten for the past week. You can check them out by category:
The reason I have done this is so you can actually see the food before and after it is cooked. I can honestly say I have only had one item that I did not like… the meatloaf. It did not have a very good taste at all so I would not recommend it. One of my favorite foods are the pizza and chocolate muffins for breakfast. Delicious!
I’ll keep you updated on my progress with weekly videos and posts. I’m going to get my husband to take a full body picture of me this week too so I can track my progress by photo as well. When I’ve met my goal we can compare pictures and see how I’ve done. I think one of my biggest goals is to lose the fat in my neck and chin. I mean, how in the world does that go away? Is there a special exercise for this? I wouldn’t look near as fat if my chin wasn’t so darn fat! lol Suggestions would be very helpful 😉 We would love to hear from you on any weight loss secrets you may have or goals you have achieved.
