I could buy two boxes of belVita Breakfast Biscuits and get two free Schnucks yogurt. I decided to grab some fresh and frozen fruit to start my first meal plan for breakfast: Mason Jar Parfaits!
Mason Jar Parfaits
Ingredients:
Schnucks Yogurt
Fresh or frozen fruit
belVita Breakfast Biscuits
Directions:
Start off by finely chopping your favorite flavor of belVita Breakfast Biscuits in the blender. I used the belVita Bites Cinnamon Brown Sugar Breakfast Biscuits.
Start with a layer of your favorite flavor of Schnucks yogurt. Add a layer of the finely chopped belVita Breakfast Biscuits. Add a layer of your favorite fruit. Repeat layers. Refrigerate.
I like to make enough of these up to have three or four of them in the refrigerator for easy grabbing every morning. I always have enough for taking them on-the-go when driving my son to school every morning. Him and I love to enjoy them on-the-go! They are so perfect for grab-and-go! When paired with the fruit and yogurt, the belVita Breakfast Biscuits are an energizing and complete, balanced breakfast!
