My son has really enjoyed the K’NEX building sets. Of course, I’m sure he doesn’t appreciate the fact that a K’NEX Beatles set is awesome but he did enjoy putting it together. He created a neat adventure for the Beatles by building this fun yellow submarine with the passengers John, Paul, George and Ringo. Yes, of course it’s the Beatles! They get to battle and save everyone from the big blue meanies that come aboard the submarine. Plus, the most fun my son had was enjoying the concert stage for the Beatles. The ship doubles as a concert stage. Maybe play some Yellow Submarine in the background while your child enjoys building this fun K’NEX set.
My only concern is that once you have the yellow submarine together it was hard for us to keep the pieces together. It is an absolutely fun and amazing toy for my son but handling it too much is not an option for us. My son enjoys putting them together and then moving on to the next K’NEX set so it works well for him and sits on his shelf where he likes them. It’s just the way he enjoys these toys.
