After injuring my back and having a few health scares this past year I have been focusing more on my goals and making the little things count. I have learned that it is so important to take some time to enjoy the good things in life because work can always be finished another day. I am a workaholic. I love what I do but I have definitely learned to take more me time and family time this past year. I have been working harder on my daily fitness goals and wanted to share it with my friends so I created a fun fitness goal gift pack.
While I was at Sam’s Club the other day I came across the goodnessknows® snack squares. I selected the variety pack I found that includes three flavors, goodnessknows® Cranberry, Almond and Dark Chocolate. I also selected other items I use every day to hit those fitness goals.
How to Create a Fitness Goal Gift Pack
- First I wanted to create a printable goal tracker, not only for myself, but to also include in my gift packs. It is the perfect way to track your fitness and activity goals so you can stay on track and enjoy the little things. Download an editable excel file here.
- Use a basket or create that will be large enough to fit everything you’ve chosen for the gift pack.
- Select your gift pack items. I’ve chosen a yoga mat, fitness/inspirational book, printable goal tracker, water bottle and earbuds. Choose whatever items you think your friends will get the most use out of for their fitness goals.
- Finish your gift pack off with a handwritten note and pretty ribbon or bow to give it a special personal touch.
