Our Review
Be sure you check out our wine review from last month. This month we received our second shipment. We received two big award-winning wines from Daniel Gehrs, a 2009 Central Coast Merlot and 2011 Santa Barbara County White Hills Vineyard Chenin Blanc. The wine came wrapped in gorgeous silver and red bags with a fun wine travel bag enclosed. We also received a folder with materials welcoming us to the club. It also included a credit for us to enjoy as a gift to reorder our favorite wine, try a new club or send a gift. The enclosed Uncorked magazine gives details about the wine we receive including the winery story. The magazine also includes tasting notes, recipes, wine tips and more!
I decided instead of tasting my wine this month I would send it to my sister and her boyfriend in Manhattan. I know they enjoy wine and I really hope they enjoy this special treat. It is the absolute perfect gift for them to enjoy before the holidays.
