Living in the Midwest we do not experience any of the natural disasters created by our vast oceans. The worst natural disaster besides droughts and floods we have are tornadoes. They are devastated and kill many people every year. My sister lives in Manhattan where she got to experience Hurricane Sandy. Luckily she did not receive the worst end of it and thankfully was never even without power. Others weren’t so lucky. Hurricane Sandy was devastating to so many and will take years to recover. I always like to help anyone in any way I can even if I am thousands of miles away. So, how can we help victims of Hurricane Sandy?
We’ve united with other bloggers to combine our reach to make a difference. That sounds like such a stressful situation. I’m saying a prayer for you and your family.
I live in the Midwest, too, and I’m always devastated by the news about tornado destruction in our region. I can’t imagine being the victim of a hurricane, and I’m glad when those who can help, do help!!
I would do anything I could to help thanks for the ideas!!!
