Thinking About Getting Breast Implants…

Thinking About Getting Breast Implants...

Thinking About Getting Breast Implants… Say What?!? My sister and I have always joked around about getting breast implants. We have always (she more than I – oh she’ll just kill me for saying that) have always been members of the IBTC. I remember when she graduated high school I got her a fun little jar with boobs on it that said “boob fund”. We had a good chuckle over that. So, why haven’t we taken the plunge?

I have always thought getting breast implants would be very expensive. After doing some research, the price of getting breast implants is more affordable than you would think. One of the most affordable cities is St. Louis, MO which is only a few hours from me. The cheapest is in Miami, Florida… maybe I should hop on the next flight to sunny Floriday! My husband has always taught me, you get what you pay for.  Talk about live and learn. This is so true. So, my opinion is that I would much rather save my money and wait until I can afford a plastic surgeon in the top of his field. If I am going to make such a huge decision that will require me to go under the knife, I want to make sure the doc knows what he’s doing and has the positive reviews to back it up.

So, we’ll just keep stashing our dollar bills and change in that boob jar in hopes that one day we can actually fill out a bigger bra! For now, I can think of a million other ways to spend $5,000 even if I had the extra cash. Have any of you thought about getting breast implants? Or, have you already taken the plunge? Tell us! We want to hear all about it.

  1. I know exactly how you feel. I was an A cup for a loooonnnggg time. I eventually graduated to a B cup and I actually have recently hit a small C cup. My biggest problem now is the shape and unevenness of the two.
