The Good Dinosaur Red Carpet Premiere Experience
Over the past few years I have had the amazing opportunity to experience not one but two red carpet premieres at the El Capitan Theatre with groups of bloggers. If you’ve followed along with me for a while now I am sure you remember me walking the red carpet for the Muppets Most Wanted. While working on another Disney press event this week I got to walk the red GREEN carpet for The Good Dinosaur premiere. No matter how many times I have been able to experience it… every time is like the first. Unbelievable!

Here we are on our way to the premiere on the Oscar stairs:
When you first enter the red carpet it’s complete chaos. The media is interviewing the celebrities as they arrive while we are walking in the background among the crowd. We get to snap photos, take videos and soak in the amazing experience for only a few minutes.
Here are some amazing photos from the red carpet and celebrities we got to see. Some of them we even got the chance to speak to and snap a photo together!
Anna Paquin looked absolutely stunning in a Monique Lhuillier floral embroidered sleeveless dress from the Resort 2016 Collection and Stuart Weitzman ‘Queen’ custom dyed satin pumps.
I also spotted several other celebrities including ‘Weird Al’ Yankovic, Tito, Mario Lopez and Ian Ziering while on the red carpet.
After walking the red carpet we were escorted into the stunning El Capitan Theatre to watch The Good Dinosaur. It is beyond amazing just getting the opportunity to attend a movie premiere in this theatre. Amazing! Don’t worry, my The Good Dinosaur review is coming next week! Here’s a hint, you’ll want to take your whole family to see it on Thanksgiving Day!
Once the movie ended we were able to attend the premiere after party at the OHM Night Club right across the street. The cast and celebrities also attended the event. It was so fun to be able to mingle among them, get pictures and get a taste of that celebrity lifestyle for at least one night! We were able to enjoy ranch themed grub and drinks from the bar. They also had fun games and activities for the kids to enjoy.
I was able to get a picture with Anna Paquin. She is so sweet!
I was on the hunt for Sam Elliott but he left before I found him! My husband and I are such huge fans. I think my husband has a bit of a man crush on him. He’s loved him ever since he first watched him in Road House.
It was a fantastic night! I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to attend.
