Alexander and The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, VERY BAD DAY
Steve Carell and Jennifer Garner are two of my favorite actors. I love Steve Carell for so many reasons and “The Office” is one of my absolute favorite shows. Dallas Buyers Club definitely makes the cut on my favorite movie list and Jennifer Garner was so amazing in it. She seems like such an amazing person. So, I am very excited to see them in Alexander and The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, VERY BAD DAY!
In Disney’s Alexander and The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, VERY BAD DAY we get to follow along with 11 year-old Alexander (Ed Oxenbould) and his experiences of the most terrible and horrible day of his young life. His terrible day begins with gum stuck in his hair, followed by one calamity after another. Sounds a lot like my 9 year-old’s “bad days”. In fact, today as he dropped something and made another mess he laughed and said Mom I just can’t help it, I have butter fingers. lol So, this is sure to be a favorite movie for my son!
As we follow along with Alexander and his family gives him little sympathy for his terrible day, he begins to wonder if bad things only happen to him. He soon learns that he’s not alone when his mom (Jennifer Garner), dad (Steve Carell), brother (Dylan Minnette) and sister (Kerris Dorsey) all find themselves living through their own terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. Anyone who says there is no such thing as a bad day just hasn’t had one.
Check out the before and after photos of the family’s VERY BAD DAY! Looks like they had a pretty terrible, horrible, no good, VERY BAD DAY!
