With the holidays behind us and our kids getting ready to go back to school, it can be hard to get back into a routine for moms. Although it does put a strain on my daily work load, I enjoy being able to spend quality time with my son during the day while he’s out of school. As moms it’s important that we quickly get back into a routine for our kids and ourselves.   1. I start my day with a cup of coffee, then breakfast. This sounds like a great breakfast, pairing it with yogurt! They would be a great idea to travel with also! Thanks for the tips, mornings can be hectic.

  2. I usually get up for work at 3 am. I drink a cup of coffee and get dressed for work. I hit the road with a piece of fruit and a bottle of water at 4 am.

  3. I take a Prilosec, drink purified water with lemon juice then drink Keurig Green Mountain coffee with stevia and a variety of Natural bliss coffee creamers.

  4. Well, what I have just depends on what is in the house, but I have had the Breakfast Biscuits before, sometimes plain, sometimes with peanut butter. 🙂

Lately, since I’m not currently working and tend to have my mornings open, I make sure my daughter gets off to work and most of the time just eat something leftover from the fridge (we always have so much left over lately, that it’s one of the only ways I can be sure it all gets used). I do, on occasion, have to have a quick breakfast because I have somewhere to be and these Belvita breakfast biscuits sound perfect for those days!

This also includes eating a good breakfast which many times is ignored for sleeping late during vacations. I like to start my day with just coffee and sugar free creamer while having a protein shake later in the morning after waking up more. My kids love to eat as soon as they get up so the Belvita Breakfast Biscuits sound like something they would enjoy.   29. I love Belvita and the blueberry is my favorite. This is great on mornings I don’t have time to eat breakfast. I can eat these on the run and they taste great!

  30. Oooh I need to try these!! I try to eat breakfast in the mornings but I’m running around for three hours straight since my kids wake up at different times and go to school nearly two hours apart. If I eat, it is usually a bowl of cereal or granola bars.

  31. Since I am not a breakfast eater, I usually have a glass of milk with an instant breakfast mix stirred in, often paired with a piece of fruit (most often a banana).

  32. I start my day with coffee…I have this bunn machine thats like 30 yrs old so I set it up the night before , pour the water into it on my way to the washroom and by the time I’m done, the coffee pot is full (3 min max)

  33. My morning routine often involves something like cottage cheese + mix-ins for breakfast, plus 30 minutes in front of my light box during these winter months. I live at a pretty northern latitude – we get only 8 hours of daylight in Dec/Jan, & the light box helps!

  34. I have to have breakfast or I can’t make it through the morning. I like Belvita Bars when I’m in a hurry so I’ll take them in my purse to eat on the way to work. If I’m home I’ll have yogurt and a piece of fruit at minimum.

  35. Because of my work schedule my day start very late in the morning. I usually have yogurt and fruit as a morning snack instead of breakfast.
