If you’ve been following us on our social media and read our recent post about our fun new series on travel reviews then you know we just visited Tennessee! Cabin Fever Vacations offered us a 2-night stay in one of their Smoky Mountain cabins in exchange for a review. Cabin Fever Vacations offers over 200 economy to luxury Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Tennessee cabins in the scenic Smoky Mountains.

Upon arrival to Pigeon Forge we were able to check in to the Cabin Fever Vacations office to get directions and access to our cabin. We were easily able to find their office with the GPS on our smartphones. The staff at the office was very helpful and friendly. Our check-in was very quick. I signed a paper and they took a copy of my drivers license. After a quick run-down of details and check-out procedures we were on our way.

Our cabin, Natural Beauty (be sure you click through to view more pictures of the Natural Beauty and inside the cabin), was quite the drive through Gatlinburg in the Elk Springs Resort. It took us nearly 30 minutes to arrive to our cabin from Pigeon Forge. Of course, traffic is normally pretty heavy in this area. The office had given us very good directions to the cabin and we were able to arrive to it with no problems or turn around. The road to the cabin was paved and a beautiful scenic drive.

Our cabin was on a windy road with several other cabins and they looked to be all occupied. We had a two bedroom, luxury cabin with king size beds, indoor jacuzzi tub, and a hot tub on the deck. The main level of our cabin had a master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and a large kitchen table. There was a door off the back to go out onto the wrap around deck to enjoy the hot tub or scenic views. Upstairs had a bedroom, bathroom and there was even a pool table in the loft!

The first night we arrived back to the cabin after dark since we had went to town to enjoy some attractions and shows. We did take advantage of the hot tub after dark. Our son had so much fun in the hot tub. I am terrified of heights and an extreme worrier so all I could think about was the posts to the deck giving out and us falling. LOL It was a lot of fun though and very relaxing. The hot tub was very clean and well maintained.

I wish we had not packed our schedule so full so we could have enjoyed the cabin more. Next time I will take advantage of the kitchen and outdoor grill. I think the main point of renting a cabin is to relax and enjoy your meals with your family instead of running in to town to eat every meal.

Be sure to make your next reservation for Smoky Mountains cabins with Cabin Fever Vacations! Be sure you check out their Smoky Mountain cabins specials too! They were the real deal, great customer service and offered clean, cozy cabins!

Five Stars!
