Enjoy Game Day with a Delimex Rolled Taco Taquito Bake

This year we decided to go with a fun Mexican fiesta theme! What better way to do that than with delicious Delimex taquitos and rolled tacos. Delimex Mexican dishes are the perfect game day foods found at your local Walmart in the freezer aisle.

I was able to use the coupon to save and grab a box of Delimex Beef Taquitos and Delimex Beef & Cheddar Rolled Tacos to create our Delimex Rolled Taco Taquito Bake. It is super easy and convenient. You can quickly turn your Delimex products into a delicious Mexican dish for your friends and family on game day. Try our recipe below!

Delimex Rolled Taco Taquito Bake

Ingredients:

• 1 (20-oz.) can Red Enchilada Sauce
• 1 pkg (23 oz) Delimex Beef Taquitos
• 1 pkg (23 oz) Beef & Cheddar Rolled Tacos
• 2 cups shredded Mexican blend or Colby Jack cheese
• 1 (16-oz.) can Refried Beans
• Green Onions (optional)
• Black Olives, sliced (optional)
• Sour Cream (optional)
• Cilantro (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
3. Heat refried beans on the stove top. Set aside.
4. Pour 1/3 of the enchilada sauce into the bottom of the pan.
5. Arrange the Beef & Cheddar Rolled Tacos and Delimex Beef Taquitos in the bottom of the pan on top of the enchilada sauce.
6. Spread the refried beans evenly over the taquitos and tacos.
7. Add 1/3 of the enchilada sauce and 1/2 of the shredded cheese, repeat layers if you like.
8. Bake covered for 20-25 minutes. 
9. Serve with onions, olives, cilantro and sour cream if desired.
